ASSOC Traditional Camp is finally back after a 3 year hiatus… so dig up your Yr 12 jerseys and you’ll fit right in with our Yr 12 Throwback theme!!

Celebrate the end of semester, make some new friends and join us on what will be the most MEMORABLE 3 days and 2 nights of your university experience!! From archery to PowerPoint karaoke, there’s activities for everyone, so bring a friend and get keeeeeeen!!

EARLY BIRD*: (11-25th April, you must signup and pay within the early bird period to be eligible for the early bird discount)

ASSOC Member: $220 pp

Non-member $230 pp

*Payment must be made before 11:59pm Monday, 25th April to receive early bird prices

NORMAL RATE: (From Tuesday, 26th April)

ASSOC Member: $240 pp

Non-member: $250 pp

REFUND POLICY

We have a NO REFUND policy. However, you are allowed to resell your ticket up to the 1st of June, but you must let Melody know (via the contact details below) before the transaction occurs.

COVID POLICY

To attend Traditional Camp, you MUST comply with the following terms:

You MUST be double vaxxed to attend

Comply with the relevant COVID-19 NSW health regulations at the time of camp

Agree that you will not attend should you have any COVID symptoms, and notify Melody of your absence

Notify Melody as soon as possible if you test positive after the camp
